Booking & Cancellation Policy

How can I book a tour with your company?
There are two ways of booking with us:

1) If you are interested in any of the standard itineraries shown on our web-site - you may use the BOOKING Page. Just choose the tour and follow the required steps.

2) If you are interested in customizing any of the itineraries, you are always welcome to use our CONTACT Page or e-mail us with any concerns or questions at info@kurs-spb.com or katya.kurs@gmail.com.

Do you have a deadline for bookings?
We accept bookings not later than 15 days prior your tour starts. This time is required to complete all the arrangements with port administration for your visa-free pass through the immigration control in port; and reservation of the admission tickets listed on your itinerary.
Will I get any booking confirmation before leaving for the cruise?
Within 24 hours after your booking request is received we send the written confirmation with the Tour Tickets and the itinerary to our guests.

Without this confirmation you CANNOT CONSIDER YOUR BOOKING CONFORMED.

The TOUR TICKETS act as your pass through the immigration control in port. If you do not have them on hands to show to the immigration officer – you will be denied entry to St. Petersburg. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
What is your cancellation policy?
1) CANCELLATION FOR SMALLER PARTIES & MINI-GROUP TOURS:

As we do not require any advance payments or deposits – there are no cancellation fees/penalties for our tours for small groups. Here we completely rely on your thoughtfulness and respect to our company.
If for some reason you have to cancel your tour with us, please, let us know about it via e-mail or give us a call in advance (at least 14 DAYS PRIOR YOUR TOUR STARTS) so we could cancel the guide, driver, and all museum entry arrangements for your party. This is very important due to the fact that we reserve all admission tickets for you in advance and, if the party simply does not show up without any prior notice, we will still need to cover expenses for admission tickets. Thank you so much for your understanding and attention to this matter!

2) CANCELLATION FOR LARGER PARTIES (over 15 people) WITH 30% DEPOSIT:

• 14 days and earlier: 100% REFUND of the deposit if you cancel your reservation in written form no later than 14 days prior the start of the tour

• 13-3 days: CANCELLATION FEE for the non-refundable museum/entertainment tickets already purchased (as per your confirmed itinerary)

• 48 hours and less: No REFUND of the deposit

• If your ship misses the port: CANCELLATION FEE for the non-refundable museum/entertainment tickets already purchased (as per your confirmed itinerary)

• No REFUND of the deposit in case of no-show on the day of disembarkation without explaining any reasons in written form
